Basil refills every stop like this. He's still doing this from the days in AZ when he had a close call with heat exhaustion and dehydration. Even though the temps are hanging in the high 80's now compared to the scorching sun and heat of AZ. The rest of us have backed off on the hydration needs somewhat.
